  • NOAA Fisheries is responsible for the stewardship of the nation's ocean resources and their habitat, ensuring productive and sustainable fisheries, safe sources of seafood, the recovery and conservation of protected resources, and healthy ecosystems.

  • Under the ProTech 2.0 IDIQ, Smultea Sciences is eligible to support the National Marine Fisheries Service’s (NMFS) stewardship of the nation’s ocean resources and habitats through six Task Areas: 1) Studies, Data Analysis, and Reports; 2) Applied Research, Engineering, Consulting, and Operations; 3) Field Sampling, Data Collection, and Surveys; 4) Training, and Program and Project Management; 5) Fisheries Management and Consultation Activities; and 6) Economic and Social Sciences.
